Lead counsel Allan Wainwright has 35 years of legal experience. He received his BA, a double Major in political science and economics, from New Mexico State University in 1979.
He received his law degree from the University of New Mexico in 1982 and was on the Dean’s List.
Allan has been successful in litigating several multi-million dollar cases involving Personal injury, Wrongful Death and Civil Disputes.
He is frequently sought out by Judges and other attorneys to act as Mediator, Special Master and Guardian Ad Litem and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.
Allan is admitted to New Mexico, Colorado, and Tennessee Bar, U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Allan is also proud of his accomplishments in receiving various awards for his volunteer work and has served on numerous boards and committees throughout his life.
Carri is a certified paralegal with not only the education and training as paralegal but also the edge that only comes with over 33 years of working as a paralegal in three different law firms.
Carri and Allan have been working together for over 30 years starting with the law firm of Sutin, Thayer & Browne.
Carri is sympathetic to the pain and suffering felt by personal injury victims and more than able to help clients through the legal process to assure a favorable outcome. Carri works part time for the firm now and enjoys a semi retired lifestyle.
Tammy is our legal assistant who brings a wealth of experience from her 32 years in the insurance industry. Her experience is extremely beneficial in fighting for the maximum recovery from insurance companies and gives our firm unique insight into how to present claims.
Dana is a paralegal who works full time with the firm and has extensive experience in the New Mexico area in many practice areas of law.
